How do I book a suite?
You can book directly through our website. Select your dates, choose your suite, and reserve online. You can also reach us by email at [email protected] or by phone at 907-206-2298.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
We welcome stays of any length — from a single night to extended monthly stays. Contact us directly for long-term rates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. If you need to change your reservation, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes! We offer reduced rates for weekly and monthly stays. Contact us directly for a custom quote.
Suites & Amenities
What is included in each suite?
Every suite comes with a full kitchen stocked with dishes, cookware, and everyday essentials; Casper memory foam mattresses with quality linens; high-speed Wi-Fi; smart TV; and all the comforts of home. Select suites also include in-unit washer and dryer, private decks, and lake fronts.
Do the suites have kitchens?
Yes — all of our suites feature fully equipped kitchens with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, and basic essentials. You will be able to cook meals just like you would at home.
Is there laundry available?
Select suites include in-unit washer and dryer. Laundry facilities are also available on-site for all guests.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included in every suite.
Are the suites non-smoking?
Yes, all of our suites are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
Do you allow pets?
Please contact us directly to discuss pet-friendly options. Policies may vary.
Check-In & Check-Out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available — just ask!
How does check-in work?
We will send you detailed check-in instructions before your arrival, including access codes and directions to your suite. If you need anything upon arrival, we are always just a call or text away.
Is there parking available?
Yes, free on-site parking is available for all guests.

Where is Kodiak Suites located?
We are located on Mill Bay Road in Midtown Kodiak — walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. We are just minutes from the Kodiak Harbor and a short drive from the airport.
How do I get to Kodiak Island?
Kodiak is accessible by air (daily flights from Anchorage via Alaska Airlines and Ravn Alaska) or by the Alaska Marine Highway ferry from Homer. Flight time from Anchorage is about one hour.
Do I need a car on Kodiak Island?
A car is recommended to explore beyond Midtown. Our sister company, Kodiak Car Rentals, is conveniently located at the Kodiak Airport and offers free delivery and pick-up. Visit kodiakcarrentals.com or let us know when you book and we can help arrange a rental.
What is there to do on Kodiak Island?
Kodiak Island — Alaska Emerald Isle — offers incredible outdoor experiences including bear viewing, world-class fishing (salmon, halibut), hiking, kayaking, flightseeing over the Kodiak National Wildlife Refuge, the Kodiak History Museum, and wildlife watching (eagles, whales, puffins, sea otters).
About Us
Who owns Kodiak Suites?
Kodiak Suites is locally owned and operated by Stephanie Wyszkowski, who also runs Kodiak Car Rentals at the Kodiak Airport. We are a small, locally owned business — not a chain — and we take pride in every guest experience.
Is Kodiak Suites a hotel or vacation rental?
We are a boutique suite property — think of it as the best of both worlds. You get hotel-quality finishes and consistency, with the space, privacy, and full kitchen of a vacation rental.
Can I book a car rental and suite together?
Absolutely! Since we also operate Kodiak Car Rentals, we can help arrange your rental car alongside your suite booking. Just let us know when you reserve and we will take care of it.
Payment & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely online at the time of booking.
Is there an extra guest fee?
Our Luxury Single Room (1BR) accommodates up to 4 guests, with an additional $25/night fee for a 3rd or 4th guest. Other suite pricing is based on the unit type regardless of guest count (up to max occupancy).
